Jonathan J. Moon specializes in the areas of employment and labor law, but provides guidance in various other general civil litigation matters, including, business and development. He currently serves as General Counsel for Bixel Lucas, Inc. and Lanesra, Inc. Mr. Moon received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School. While at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Moon worked as an extern at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Elder Abuse Section. Mr. Moon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles where he majored in History and minored in Philosophy. Mr. Moon is admitted to practice law in the state of California the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is currently a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA). He is a native speaker of Korean.

David Hiller is an experienced litigator who practices law in California state and federal courts. He is a graduate of Southwestern Law School, completing his degree in two years on full scholarship. Mr. Hiller started his own practice to represent workers and other exploited individuals whose voices are too often lost in our legal system. He is a member of the National Lawyers Guild.
